Trainings on Enterprise Establishment&
Location: UC Utmanzai and Matta Mughal Khel, District
Time Period: 12th
July to 14th August, 2017.
An INGO serves and protects uprooted people –
refugees, internally displaced persons and migrants – regardless of faith,
ethnicity, race or nationality. We respond to the challenges of people on the
move and their communities, implementing and advocating for rights-based
policies and durable solutions through our worldwide network of humanitarian
This INGO is working in Pakistan since 1998 and is registered
with Economic Affairs Division (EAD) and Ministry of SAFRON as INGO. INGO supports in need including Refugees, IDPs
and EVFs. Currently, INGO is working in selected districts of KP, AJK and
Punjab directly as well as through implementing partners.
This INGO is currently implementing a livelihoods
support project for the welfare of Afghan Refugees and Host Communities in
District Charsadda. The project scope is to train 200 beneficiaries (100 male, 100
female) in marketable skills of various trades. INGO will also award small
grants to 30 trainees for enterprise establishment &entrepreneurships in the relevant trade mentioned below;

Main purpose of this consultancy is to design three
days effective training course according to the needs of trainees in enterprise
establishment &entrepreneurships in above mentioned trades of current phase
to improve their entrepreneurship skills.
conduct capacity assessment/training need assessment (TNA) of the trainees and
design a training course according to their requirement in each category.

utilization and issues regarding enterprise establishment, Pillars of
enterprise, record keeping and importance of record keeping in enterprise,
business cycle developing business plan, cost benefit analysis, location
selection and market trends through the training course/s, i.e. that of current
needs assessment at field level.

Payment of this assignment costs as agreed with the
consulting firm/consultant. Of the total agreed amount in remuneration, 50 %
will be paid upon completion of training and 50% upon submission of final

consultant to maintain the quality of the training. In case of need the course
contents will be repeated to the trainees for understanding.
The Consultant is solely and exclusively responsible for the payment of
any taxes and social security contributions related to the above mentioned
consultancy fee under applicable Labor laws of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa minimum wage
act 2013. INGO will not be held responsible for any medical expenses or for any
compensation in the event of death, disability or other hazards which the
Consultant may suffer in the performance of his / her duties. The consultant is
responsible to act as independent, non-biased external researcher to undertake
this training assignment and submit the outcome of the exercise study in shape
of an analytical report with proceedings, findings and recommendations.

The Consultant takes
the responsibility to keep in full confidentiality all information received
from INGO and other organizations, bodies and local authorities;
through the signature of this agreement, understands that all documents
produced as a result of this work are INGO property and only and solely INGO
has the right to distribute and/or publish them;
Failure to abide with the above will result in the
non-payment and/or retention of the payment of consultancy fee.
